Where are you located/ where do you ship from?
I am located in Ontario, Canada, and ship everything with Canada Post. 

Where do you ship to?
I am currently shipping to Canada, USA, Mexico, Australia, New Zealand and Europe. I do ship overseas but cannot be held responsible for lost items.
For shipping to the UK, please visit my Etsy shop.

When do orders ship?
Orders ship weekly, and I strive to have your order shipped out within 5 business days of your purchase. However, I am a one woman show, so during busy seasons, shipping times may vary slightly.

I placed multiple separate orders in one day, can you combine shipping costs and ship my orders together?
No. I pack up my orders chronologically as they come in, so I am not able to combine shipping for multiple separate orders placed. Please keep that in mind when making any purchases

Are all orders shipped with tracking?
For prints/cards/printed goods:
Canada & USA - at checkout there is an option to choose either untracked or tracked.
International - all orders are sent via Untracked International Air.
For original artwork:
Canada & USA - tracked shipping is automatically applied to all carts containing original artwork.
International - all orders are sent via Untracked International Air.

My order has not arrived yet, is it lost?
Shipping from Canada can take a bit of time, especially when ordering from out of country, due to your package passing through customs. Rest assured though, I have been shipping through Canada Post since 2015, without issue. Orders within North America will often arrive within 2 weeks of shipping, but can take up to 4-6 weeks in some cases. International orders can take 4-8 weeks to arrive. 

I am local to you! Do you offer local pickup or drop off?
I am sorry, but I don't offer local pick up or drop off. I work out of my home studio and don't feel comfortable having folks stop my living space to pick up orders. However, I do try to do at least a couple art markets each year, which is a great way to pick up some art in person! Check out my Markets & Shows page to see if I have any markets coming up near you.

Do you accept returns?
I don't accept returns, exchanges or cancellations, but please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
