I am located in Ontario, Canada, and ship everything with Canada Post.

Where do you ship to?
I am currently only shipping to Canada, USA, UK & EU.
When do orders ship?

Orders ship weekly, within 5 business days of your purchase. However, during busy seasons (Halloween/Christmas), shipping times may vary slightly.
How long does shipping take?
ROUGH shipping estimates for untracked mail:
Canada: 2 - 4 weeks
USA: 3 - 6 weeks
If you selected tracked shipping at checkout, please check your tracking for more accurate shipping times (tracked shipping often arrives much faster!)
UK & EU: all orders are shipped with tracking - so orders should arrive within about 2 weeks, but please check your tracking for the most accurate info!

For prints/cards/printed goods:
At checkout there is an option to choose either untracked or tracked shipping
*Tracking on US print orders has been temporarily suspended - all US print orders under $150cad will ship untracked for the time being (read more on that here)
For original artwork:
All original artwork is shipped with tracking.
*Applies to Canadian & US orders only.
All UK & EU orders are shipped with tracking.
I am in the United States, will I have to pay tariffs on my order?
No, you should not have to pay any tariffs! Yay!*
Artwork is exempt from tariffs, because it is considered "culturally valuable" - but my work is also covered under the CUSMA/USMCA agreement because it is all 100% made in Canada🍁!
However, tariffs have made the tracked shipping process a bit more time consuming for me (more paperwork to fill out) - so for the time being, I have suspended the tracked shipping option for print orders under $150(cad). These orders will continue to ship to you via untracked mail (tariff-free). I will reinstate the tracked option for all print orders once I am able to get more efficient with the new tracked shipping protocol.
All original artwork will still be shipped with tracking!
You will see no tariffs applied at checkout, & as far as I understand, there should be no extra charge to you upon delivery🖤
(*Please note: this is an ongoing & developing situation. All of my research says orders of artwork will arrive to you tariff free, but I have no control over & cannot be held responsible for any costs that may be applied upon delivery. As far as I understand, you should NOT incur any additional charges, but if you do, please let me know, so I can pass this information along to other customers!)
I am in Europe or the United Kingdom, will I have to pay duties/taxes upon receiving my order?
Potentially, yes. Unfortunately, I have no control over any duty or tax costs associated with your country. They are collected by the delivering party and, if due, must be paid by the customer in full, in order to receive their order. Most countries have a threshold as to when duties & taxes will be applied, so be sure to check your country's policies as to get a better idea of what these costs could be.
I know it stings having an extra cost associated with ordering internationally! As a Canadian, I have dealt with paying many customs fees in my time, so I feel your pain! I really wish this wasn't the case, but unfortunately these fees are out of my control. I truly appreciate folks who choose to order from me regardless!! I hope my artwork brings you sweet & spooky joy for many years to come🖤

What is your return/refund policy?
I pack up all of my orders with the utmost care, but unfortunately once the package is in the hands of the post office, it is out of my control. Although rare, I cannot be held responsible for any items that arrive creased or damaged due to poor handling by the postal service. Similarly, I am also not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen.
I do everything I can on my end, to make sure your order arrives safely! But if you'd like extra piece of mind, be sure to upgrade to tracked shipping at checkout.
I don't accept returns, refunds or cancellations, but please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
